I don't normally run straight promos, but since I'm about to put up a feature on this dude in a few days the timing seemed right. So if you're in Philly tomorrow night, put down the bag of candy and go check out Nex Millen deejaying over at Fluid. Given the theme of the night, "Hip Hop Is Not Dead," and considering that Nex is the head of a company called Respect the Culture, it's unlikely that he'll be spinning a whole lot of vocoder-enhanced music, so there's a good chance you might actually hear some authentic rap music if you turn out.
