Cage - Hugs and Kisses
The quality of both the video and the audio of this is less than optimal, but it's the first I've heard from Cage since he announced Shia LaBoeuf was shopping a film based on his life story. Sadly there's been no update on the progress of the movie, but the above footage, featuring the as-yet-unreleased song Hugs and Kisses performed during a show in San Francisco a couple of weeks ago, suggests that his long delayed album Depart From Me may actually see the light of day at some point in the near future. After two years of getting pushed back, Def Jux is now listing the album as an early 2009 release.
Here's a significantly more emo song from Cage, which, from what I understand, is more in line with what the actual album will sound like:
