Cachi on BET 106 and Park
For those of you who didn't catch it live on t.v., here's the video of Chachi's winning performance on the All-Star competition from BET's 106 and Park last week. The video doesn't include the final vote, but Chachi ended up getting 49%, which was 20% more than the closest competitor. Shout out also to Ze Jennings (the singer) and P. Lowe on the clarinet. When's the last time you saw a live hip hop performance that made use of a clarinet?
Chachi's finishing up his debut album, About Time, which will be out in December. I'll have more details on that in the coming months.
