Earlier today I came across a remix from Dave Wrangler over at low-bee, mixing Biggie's Juicy with Eric B and Rakim's I Know You Got Soul. I have to admit that when I read the description of the remix, I momentarily cringed at the idea of messing around with a track - Juicy - that comes as close to perfection as any hip hop track I've ever heard. After listening to it, though, I have to admit it's a pretty interesting take on two classics. I wouldn't say it's greater than the sum of its parts, but it's hard to go wrong with that instrumental:
