In advance of Wu-Tang's upcoming 8 Diagrams album, due out on December 11th, Loud Records has released the Wu-Tang Returns mixtape. The tape has a couple of tracks off of 8 Diagrams, but for the most part it's a collection of various remixes and tracks that never made it onto any official releases. I don't expect there's anything on here that obsessive Wu fans (and really, are there any other kind of Wu fans on the internet?) haven't heard before, though there were a couple of O.D.B. and Raekwon songs that were new to my ears. In any event, it serves as a nice reintroduction to the group, and Loud's giving it out for free, so go get it:
In other news, my man SweetP informs me that there's a new AZ track making the rounds on the internet, Life On The Line. I've only listened to it a couple of times, but it sounds like classic AZ material. You can listen to it over at hiphopruckus.
For those of you that can't download the Wu-Tang mixtape at work, you can listen to the full tape online after the jump (the player starts automatically, so you might want to turn down the volume before clicking forward).
