Omillio Sparks - DJ Turn It Up (Windows Media). If this is supposed to be the lead single off of his upcoming album, I don't have high hopes for it. Too bad, because I think he is capable of putting out a decent record.

Speaking of New Jersey hip hop, B Side Wins Again has an old Twin Hype track up on their site.
DJ Benzi and Low-bee held a contest for the best remix of Cassidy and Swizzy's Drink N My 2 Step. Click here for the low-bee thread with all of the links to the remixes. Most of them are strictly club beats, though Cousin Cole's winning entry is pretty good.
And for those of you who like a little jazz mixed in with your hip hop, go check out monotape.com. The mixes - and there are a ton of them available for download - are described as "a variety of broken beat, jazzy hip-hop, nu-jazz, electro-funk and house vibes where jazz is the theme along with other world beats." Definitely worth a look if you're looking for something a little more laid back.
