You've probably heard that Freddie Foxx (a.k.a. Bumpy Knuckles) has come out with a diss song aimed at Rakim. I was going to do a full post about this, but this thing goes all the way back to the 80's and I just can't get excited about it. This 20 year old beef got reheated when Freddie called Rakim out in an interview with AllHipHop. He followed this up by releasing a diss track, which you can listen to here. Didn't get enough of Jibbs' Chain How Long yesterday? The Soul Lounge has the remix up, featuring Yung Joc, Lil Wayne, Lil Mont and Rich Boy (who?).

Lastly, I present to you Let's Paint, Exercise and Blend Drinks TV!. This is quite possibly the most amazing television show I've ever seen. The premise of the show is that host John Kilduff jogs on a treadmill in a business suit while painting portraits, blending drinks and taking live questions from viewers calling into the show, often with sexually explicit and insulting comments. If you want to see more, I recommend part 4, wherein John paints the portrait of an obese male model.
