I was going to put up a picture of Ne-Yo for this post, but all the images that came up on google look like something from a softcore porn shoot. This picture has nothing to do with anything, but I found it funny. I think we all went to kindergarten with a kid like that.

Normally, I don't put anything R&B-related up on this site because, to be honest, it bores me. The only one doing anything interesting in R&B is R.Kelly, and he hasn't put out anything good since he started playing water sports with teenage girls. I'm making an exception today, because this video is pretty damn funny.

Back in 1997, Ne-Yo performed on Amateur Night at the Apollo with American Idol contestant Corey Clark (the guy who claimed he was hooking up with Paula Abdul) and a few atonal backup singers, singing a song for "All the players in the 'hood." They get booed by everyone in the audience except one woman, who I would guess is either their manager or is related to one of them. Ne-Yo shows up on stage with his hair dyed orange looking like Sisqo's big-headed brother, calling himself "Go Go." Check it out:

Here is a direct link to the video.

Be sure to stick around until the end of the video. The final booing in the last few seconds is great.

In other Ne-Yo news, your boy is hating on K-Fed. I have to agree with him on this one.

Speaking of R&B, concreteloop.com has the new Justin Timberlake single up on her site. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I actually liked his first album. Not entirely sure I like this new track, but I guess its a good sign that Timbaland is still working with him.
