I'm a bit late on this news, but I couldn't let this one go by without comment. As those of you who have a subscription to Playboy (or the SOHH rss feed) know, your boy Kanye West has a bit of an addiction to pornography. Last week, the NY Post reported that Kanye left behind a large box of porn at a photo shoot.
A lot of sites seem to be focusing on the fact that it was interracial porn, but is that really a big deal these days? More interesting to me is the fact that Kanye, who could probably pull any girl in the world, has someone in his entourage designated as the "Guy who carries Kanye's porn stash." And that guy isn't doing a very good job of it.
There was a quote in the original Playboy interview that I think needs to be highlighted. On the subject of his song Golddigger, he says, "And the white-girl line? That's why I get the big bucks. That's bottom of the ninth, bases loaded, World Series. That's gold." He's always been fond of the rhymes he writes (or what Rhymefest allegedly writes for him), but that line wasn't even good. He rhymed "girl" with "girl." That's not the World Series, that's Kansas City vs. Tampa Bay.
