It's been a couple of months since our last release from My Man Shafe, but rest assured we're back on track and lining everything up for his debut album Who's That?! My Man Shafe! Shafe's thrown a little bit of a curve ball for this latest release, incorporating a sound clip from The Cable Guy. Not something you'd normally expect from a hip hop track, and it was something added after the initial vocals were recorded, but even more surprising is how well it works. The beat itself flips a Lack of Afro sample, showcasing the fusion of funk and rap that makes Shafe's music so unique. Check it out:
