Airospace - Demons

I'm not sure if it's Airospace's raw acting in the above clip or the shaky view from the hand camera (filmed by Geoff Simmons), but there's something about it that makes the video a really convincing portrayal of a man who has just snapped. While I intially held off on posting it because the verse itself is so short, I realized that you don't always need a series of sixteen bars to make a powerful song. Demons is off of the Washington, D.C. rapper's recent album Costella. You can find more details about Airospace over at his tumblr page.

Cauzndefx - King of Hearts

Apparently Airospace and his crew like to keep things brief, as the above video from his cohort Cauzndefx is over almost as quickly as Demons. There's something to be said for keeping it short and simple, though, and the song is kinda dope. King of Hearts is off of Cauzndefx's free EP Freedom Chambers.

Samurai Outlaws - University of Hippocampus

And finally, this third video is from the Samurai Outlaws, a collaboration between Airospace and another emcee named Applejacks (who I was unable to find any info on, due to poor Googling skills no doubt, but I believe he is also from D.C.). It's dope, watch it, enjoy.
