DJ Ruthless Ramsey - Scratching Tape Decks
A random search of youtube for some dj videos turned up the above, with DJ Ruthless Ramsey performing what is essentially a scratch and juggle routine with a pair of tape decks instead of the standard set of turntables. The guy has some skills with actual vinyl as well, as he displays in the second half of the video.
It seems no idea is original, however, as I then found the following video from 1991 of a Latvian dj named Revoxlution doing the same thing with a couple of reel-to-reel tape players:
