El Da Sensei feat. Pacewon & MC Exposition - Too Many MC's (produced by Falside)
Last month we put up a couple of songs from a kid out of Providence, Falside the Beatsmith. He got in touch shortly after that, passing along links to the two videos in this post. Dude gets props just for working with El but I really do like his style of product, a sort of new wave boom bap that makes ample use of scratched samples, which has become something of a lost art among most of today's producers.
Too Many MC's is off of the Boston hip hop compilation album Mass Movementz that came out last winter. The following J-Live remix is something that Falside put together two years ago (back when he was 16, I believe), though he's apparently just gotten around to putting it up on the internet. Peep:
