If all goes well you'll be hearing a lot more about it in the coming days, but I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that my homie Mally is releasing his new album, The Passion, on Saturday. Mal was kind enough to hook me up with an advance copy of The Passion and, as you should expect if you've been keeping up with his previous work, it's tremendous. Coming in at a lean ten tracks, no guest vocals and beats produced exclusively by Mydus, this thing is packed from start to finish with some of the best rapping you'll hear all year.
I hope to get a review up early next week but to hold you over until its actual release, here's a brief snippet of the title track. Trust, it only gets better from here:
