I don't know how many of you watched MTV's I'm from Rolling Stone a few years ago (and judging by the ratings it got at the time, you probably didn't), but it turns out that Krishtine from the show has since developed into a surprisingly competent emcee. Heather B still holds the title of greatest MTV Reality star turned rapper, but if Krishtine aka Rocky Rivera continues to rip beats like she does this J Dilla cut then she'll have second place locked up for a long time to come.
