Chachi recently hooked up with several of his fellow Cape Verdean emcees in Rhode Island to record the above video, upping the ante from yesterday's post with an 8 minute posse cut. I'd dig this more if there was an all-English version, but even with half of the verses in Portuguese and Criolo it's still pretty dope and Chachi comes correct as usual. I'm told that it's become quite a big hit over in the relatively small island nation of Cabo Verde, racking up several thousand hits on youtube in just a few days.
